The check-in area features big tables and seating with available water. The breakfast menu provided excellent food quality, combining traditional with trendy options. I found the original sash windows opened partially. I also liked powerful mini-fridge and drink-making facilities in bedroom.

the location was great! poppy, amy, and marina were super friendly. amy even offered help with our suitcases to our room. the water was nice and hot.
the constant noise really bothered me. the biggest noise came from what sounded like a hand dryer next door. i didn't get much sleep because the pub noise was loud until late hours. the duvet was also too small.

the beds were comfortable and all room needs were met. the staff was always friendly and helpful. the location is great because it is in the heart of everything. wa erly train station is accessible by foot.
i thought the comic book wallpaper looked worn and could use some updating.

The staff was helpful with directions and provided local tips upon arrival I appreciated that they stored my luggage after checkout. I was able to recharge my phone at the reception before heading to the airport. The service was efficient and friendly.

the location offered convenient access to many attractions. staff members were friendly and very helpful. breakfast included eggs benedict and smashed avocado. i found the bed to be very comfortable making my stay more relaxing.
i experienced an issue with the room temperature as i was unable to adjust it. this made the room less comfortable than i would have liked. i hope this issue can be addressed .
